What services does CarePath Medical provide?

Is my visit and medical information confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is extremely important to us. All your information and visits are strictly confidential and protected under HIPAA laws.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
While we recommend scheduling an appointment to reduce wait times, walk-ins are welcome at most locations. For specific availability, please check our Make an Appointment page.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid state-issued ID or driver’s license, along with any insurance cards. If you are enrolled in Medicare, make sure to bring your updated Medicare ID card — even if Medicare is not your primary coverage. We also recommend bringing a list of your current medications and any relevant medical records to help us provide the most accurate and efficient care during your visit.
Do you offer services for people without insurance?
Yes. We serve everyone — regardless of insurance or immigration status. Our team will help you access programs like Ryan White or sliding-scale payment plans.
What is PrEP and do you offer it?
PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) is a daily medication that helps prevent HIV. Yes, we provide access to PrEP and will guide you through testing, prescriptions, and insurance coverage.
Do you provide mental health services?
Yes. We offer individual, group, and family counseling, as well as psychiatric evaluation and medication support. Mental health is a critical part of your overall wellness.
