We will launch non-profit services targeting communicable diseases, offering education, preventative measures, and support to facilitate healthier lifestyles. Our experienced team previously established a successful program in Florida, which identified and treated thousands of patients with diseases such as HIV and Hepatitis B and C, emphasizing awareness and prevention.
Nutrition and Diabetes Prevention
Our next initiatives will address diet, nutrition, and the prevention of obesity and diabetes. Promoting healthy eating and lifestyle choices will help reduce the prevalence of diabetes and its associated complications, such as neuropathy and renal disease.
Mental and Behavioral Health
Recognizing the interconnectedness of mental and physical health, CarePath will provide mental health services to address prevalent issues such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Education on healthy decision-making is integral to our approach.
Clinical Trial Network
Simultaneously, we will develop a network of Clinical Trial Sites (SitePath Clinical) across metro Chicago, addressing the historical lack of access to innovative treatments in underserved communities. Our expertise in conducting trials has led to significant outcomes, including early diagnoses of lung cancer in previously undiagnosed patients, many of whom lacked primary care. Revenue from these trials will fund primary care clinics to support patients during their treatment at no charge.
